Table schema has more physical columns than the source

my home table has four columns but it’s telling me that the table schema has 10 physical columns.

how do I get rid of them?
I’ve deleted some columns in excel in case there were some that were accidentally filled.

Please delete all columns from the sheet that the app is not using and then regenerate the column structure. Even one space can do this so it’s better to remove them all.

for whatever reason duplicating the spreadsheet but saving it in google instead of onedrive has worked.
