Task: Sending a templated email attachment returns error

I have templates set up to generate reports from data entered in a form. These are automatically emailed out when added/changed. These are like Field Service Reports. I keep getting an error that comes and goes on one of them saying the following:

What is odd to me is my red dot showing where the error is is coming up next to Behavior instead of Automation. My guys have submitted these reports and the data gets saved to the spreadsheet but the report fails to send.

I have the template uploaded and the body template uploaded but I am not sure what part its talking about that cannot be null void.
