Although I filled Purpose and Details in the App Documentation under Properties the fields stay empty in The Terms of Service. It's quite relevant to inform a new user about what to expect.

In the terms of service, Purpose is actually populated from the Short Description field and Details is populated from the Description field, both under App Properties.
