Text_Icon() now renders really small

The result used to take up the entire image space

• Now they're just a small circle - roughly 1/4 to 1/3 the space available

I don't know about others, but I would prefer them to take up the entire image space.
  - There's already tooo much white space. (read way way WAAAAY too much white space)

FYI, actually the issue leads to variable size. Here are several rows from a deck view.

Turns out this only happens when you apply a formatting rule to it

That may be one dimension to the problem, but it's not the only scenario. I observe the issue where no formatting rules are present.
