Texting

Has anyone been able to implement a texting service into their app? I have a CRM that I would like to have the function to text customers and receive texts through the CRM. Is there an integration that works well to do this?

Texting is one of those things that are on real time and the nature of AppSheet is asynchronous so I wouldn't expect AppSheet being able to do anything like that.

I know they are working on some kind of integration with Google Chat but we have no idea what it actually means
