Total by Date and Location

Hello Everyone

I’m new to AppSheet and I’ve created an app. I’m having trouble with the SUM calculation. My table name is “DATA” and I want to use the SUM function on three columns: “Due”, “REC”, and “+/-”. Can anyone help me figure out how to do this so that when I change the date it shows the total of that date?”

Unfortunately this is not possible because you can only have one value with the grouping. This is something people have requested many years but it is still not possible.

thank you for the response. What about another view for data total by location and date?

One workaround is to first add 3 virtual columns to calculate the totals, and then create a slice that filters other rows away except one from a date. Then if you show only the date and those VCs, you should have it.
