Transaction is already close bot

Hi, there is a bot in my app actions once data update every row in a table.
Data add by csv import.Usually data rows are not up to 200.
There is always a action failed message box show with message of "transaction is already close ".
I don’t know which row the bots has been run to, so I need to delete data and import again time to time.

Any one can give me an idea why this is happening?

Today we see same error when we actually success in importing. It looks a bug to me.
