Trigger a process with a button performance

Is there a possibility to start a process with a button?

I have bulid a solution where I am using a label printer for my parcels.

The process is to generate a pdf and print it automatically with printnode. 

The trigger is a colum where it counts up and if in this colum an update it prints. I used this tutorial https://youtu.be/BScGFR82lN0

It works very good, but it takes about 20 seconds until the printer gets the job. I think the performance problem is, that it takes a while when appsheet recognizes an update and start the process.

Therefore I thought it could be better when a button starts the process or do you have any other idea.
