I just new to appsheet

I got trouble to insert child table to fixed PDF template format by Items

Below was my Related Replacement Item:

Why do you expect the shown table with 13 items? The template expression is clearly showing the correct 4 items based on the image of data from your app.

Ok, so you want all the possible Replacement Items to be shown, filling in only those that apply to this Parent record.

You would first need to replace your START block for [Related Replacements] with one that lists ALL the possible Replacement Items. Inside that START block list, you would then check for a matching Replacement item using a second START block with the [Related Replacements] list

An example concept expression might be:

Another easier option is to simply add to the Child table row for ALL possible Replacement Items and fill only those that apply to the parent. /Then you can use the template as written.
