Trouble saving PDF file from two different Apps

A pdf file may be created from two different apps which share the same table.
An Admin App and a Family App. The file “authorization” may be generated via bot using the Admin App by an employee, printed and signed in paper by parents, parents might generate it and sign it online using the Family App. The Main table containing the File Folder Path is stored in data\AdminApp\files folder. The problem is that when the pdf file is generated from the Family App the File Folder Path changes automatically to data\FamilyApp\Files and is not accesible from either app, though pdf files generated from the Admin App can be viewed from the two apps.
I left the File Folder Path field empty in the “create a new File” task on both Apps.

Is there any workaround for this issue? or Am I doing something wrong?

Try setting the Family App’s “default app folder” to match the Admin App.
