Trying to get child table data to save as part of PDF

I am trying to get a child data table to save as part of a PDF. When I generate the template within the app, this is what is comes up with:

But anytime I trigger the workflow, the table comes up blank. I’ve tried some minor tweaks to the template, but no luck. Any ideas?

Still trying to figure this one out… it looks like the data from the child table is just not coming through…
