UI Bug? Preview pane too small

In the middle of developing, my UI changed dramatically and I’m basically unable to continue now. Others at work have experienced the same issue. Anybody else?

Mobile preview gives a sliver to view:

While tablet view gives slightly more but still not nearly enough:

ctrl + shift + r fixed the problem!
