UI Issue, actions in detail view covering add button on inline table

I have a detail view, with two actions at the bottom right of that detail view, the Botton column on that detail view is an inline table, my issue is the actions cover the add button on that inline table. In the image below there is an add button under the top one of the 2 icons

Ditto, for a while now actually....

It could be a simple fix for them...

If there is two actions then add xx pixels of buffer to the bottom of the page.

This would allow the user to scroll down a bit further, then seeing the add button on the inline table
