URL links don't display as images

Spreadsheet contains [Image] column with URL’s to LinkedIn images and for some reason they don’t display even though I’ve tried Image = [image], [url] and [ref]

Worked when I copied a app and played around with that but now I’m building from scratch using the samin Google Sheet and Look under the hood… yet the Staff image URL’s don’t display.

Any help?
