USAGE OF SECURITY FEATURES OF APPSHEET

Hello ,  Does Starter package in appsheet support security features? If I say security features, I mean does it allow the admin to restrict users on which view to show or not? I also need to know the limit for number of rows that appsheet talks about, is it for their databases or google sheet or both? I don't get things clear here. Thank you

You don't need security feature for this: this is a show_if condition on views. Security feature regards about data access and app acccess.
