UX Display Show If formula help

Hello, I have a table titled "Data" and another table titled "Salvager Data". In the UX under "Salvager Data" for Display regarding the Show if formula, I currently have IN(USEREMAIL(), Data[Email]), however when testing it worked for one user but not another. I reviewed the spreadsheet and both emails are found. Also both users are invited and responded. Please help!

I have a pretty much identical check and it works fine

IN(USEREMAIL(), User Table[User Email])

Is the [Email] field in the table set to type Email? Is there any possibility that the data in the spreadsheet has some additional characters, like a space which mean it is not exactly the same as the user's email? Are you sure the user is logging on with the email address you are expecting?
