Unable to access Dropbox shared folders

After initially using AppSheet with basic Dropbox account have upgraded to standard Business account. Afterwards have found that am unable to link apps to excel workbooks in any of the shared folders. Am only able to connect to excel workbooks in my personal folder. I’m the admin for the dropbox account and have access to the shared folders. How can I get AppSheet to connect to excel files in the shared folders?
