Unable to fetch app

Hi everyone I got the following message:

"Unable to fetch app definition. Your app is blocked because a plan update is needed. You can update your plan in the Account page".

I deleted the app in question, but the access to all the apps I have created is still blocked and the same message is still displayed.... Even though the apps I currently have do not exceed 5 monthly users.

What should I do?

Is it still blocking? Normally it takes 15..20 minutes to update your account.
