I need your assistance in understanding an error we're encountering with one of our apps. Interestingly, all other apps are functioning properly except this one. Could someone please help me with this? Thank you!

hi, doesn't sound like an appsheet error, are you using google drive as back end, to store files?

is it possible that your folder has more than 100 nested folders deep? or more than 500k items? there seems to be some limits on number of items on a google drive.
