Updates in Google Form Variable not showing in Appsheets

I created a google form which i converted into an Appsheet app. The google form has a question with its answers being populated from another spreadsheet using App Script. Whenever there is a new entry on the spreadsheet, the updated variables show on google forms, howerver it doesnt show on Appsheet unless i Prepare and Lunch the Appsheet all over again.

Is there a way to get Appsheet in sync?

Appsheet does not monitor spreadsheets 'live' so can't detect manualy changes to the spreadsheet.  Or changes made by things like Google Forms.  You can get an addon for sheet that says it does this, but I could not make it work.

In your situation, what I do is to have a scheduled Bot check the spreadsheet every 15mins or so.
