User Limit

Hi,

Not sure if I’m asking this in the right place, but my app has apparently gone over the 10 user limit (on the free plan).

I have 10 users plus the account it was built in. But the account it was built in doesn’t use the app other than for testing before I sent it out to the users.

The app has now been blocked because of the user limit. Is there any action I can take or anyone to get in touch with to rectify this?
