Hello.

How do I create a user sign-up / log-in page (with passwords) as my app's starting view?

If you are trying to use your own login mechanism then AppSheet does not recommend that. AppSheet uses third party user authentication from third party providers like Google, Microsoft etc.

How can I then manage each user's data? Put another way, how can I manage their accounts? If a user signs-up to my app, where does their data go?
