User add entry in forms

Is it possible to users add a new field to select an entry in forms view? Example: I have a field to user entry the name, and below a number count…

But if the user need to insert another field, is it possible?

Hi @Savio

Another field implies that you have another column in your table.
You can set options whether you decide to show it or not.
Can be a text column if you leave choice to anything the user would want to type.

Otherwise, not possible for a user to enter another field that is not expected in the app conception.
