User data spreadsheets

I have been tinkering with building an app for awhile and have been the only user of the app. I would like to invite an additional few users to test out the app. My app records data from the user perspective, for example they enter miles travelled, then there is a calculation to display the greenhouse gas emissions associated.

My question: with each new user is a new set of spreadsheets generated? ( i am using google sheets to do calcualitions and store data ) So that each user can see their own data?

You probably want to use Private tables. Please check this article…

I have 16 tables in the app, thus I would go through the tables/security and uncheck the shared switch on each table, or I guess in some instances some tables could be shared. Each user I invite to use the app would in effect use their own cloud data storage to host their own tables?

I guess one issue is that if the user was to go into the table and make a change to a formula then their version of the app would have different calculations.
