Hey there AppSheet community, my name is Diane and I’m very new to AppSheets. In all sincerity I am not the best at Google Sheets but the sheet/app I’m trying to build is pretty simple in theory. I am going to have a checklist of items that a user can cross off as learned/completed accompanied by a set of filters at the top to be able to see the list in different views. There may also be a pie chart or graph to show the amount of items completed/learned versus what is left. That’s it.
My problem is, I need any user to have access to the exact same lists, but be able to check it off individually and have it be their own without it updating/changing anything for anyone else. They essentially need their own unique copies.
However, I also need to be able to add more lines of tasks/checklists in the future that need to then be synced/added to every user’s app without changing or erasing the data they had inputted on their individual sheets/apps.
Is there a way to accomplish this?
