Users vs apps

Hi Everyone,

if I enrol my companyโ€™s into Appsheet with its 10 users, will they have access to as many apps we deploy? or per each app deployed we have to pay for all users over again?

E.G. if we depoly 2 apps that everyone use that would mean 20 user subscriptions

Can someone please clarify this for me?

Thank you so much

Hi @Luis_Gomes_Machado

  • If you pay per user (secure app), 10000 apps per 3 employees will be counted as 3 account, i.e 3 licences.
  • If you pay per app (public app), 1000000 users and 5 apps will be counted as 5 apps, so 5 licences.

โ€ฆin your case, 2 apps and 10 users ==> 10 licences.
