Using Data set in a template

I am trying to use a data set from the Answers in my form to then fill out a template. Example I have a custom sheet setup and it's a formatted check list. I want to use the = functions so that when data is added via the form it will automatically add the data in the field that it needs to be added to. Is there an easy way to get this done? I don't write code.

I don't get it. Did you try something yet ? If so, I think you may find the answer to your question by yourself.

If I have several questions in a form on the app, and I want to use this data as a data set to fill in a custom xls template automatically how would I go about doing that?
