Using slices form to update existing row.

I have created a slice. I have created a form view for that slice. I then created an edit behavior using LINKTOVIEW to add to my app. The problem is when I link this behavior to edit the existing row when the fields are saved it creates a new row instead of modifying the existing row I want to update. Any help is really appreciated. I've tried using a different table and every combo of settings I can think of but can't get the form I created from the slice to update the existing row it just creates a new row with the values added from the new form.

not sure what exactly you specified in LINKTOVIEW but could you try LINKTOFORM instead?

Please post a screenshot of the configuration of the action used to invoke LINKTOVIEW(). Please also post a screenshot of the entire LINKTOVIEW() expression.
