hello community, this time I turn to you because I'm stuck.
I thought to bring a value with the VLOOKUP function but in the INITIAL VALUE, but apparently it is not possible? Is there an alternative to bring a value based on a criterion but that it is editable? thanks for your great help
VLOOKUP is a function in your spreadsheet; it's not an AppSheet function. However, AppSheet provides equivalent functions. If the data you need to reference is in a table in your app, then you can surely create an Initial value expression to return the value you want.

Check out LOOKUP(), moreover its syntax looks much easier than VLOOKUP() in Excel or Sheet.
