Valif IF from different table

Hi,

I need help from some of your expert people

I have 2 table,

• Appsheet customer (Table name)
• Alias (Column) - text
• Client Name (Column) - Name
• Account ID (Column) - Number
• Blacklist status (Column) - Test

•  Customer log (Table name)
• ID (Column) - Text
• Alias (Column) - Text
• Company Name (Column) - Name
• Contact person (Column) - Name
• Contact number (Column) - Phone

I have a form called “Create order”

What I need is

When I create an order by using “Create order” form, Company name must list/suggest from the 1st Table “Appsheet customer”, and next information - Contact name and contact number must take (Valid if) from the 2nd table - “Customer log”.
