Video File Size Limits

What is the a file size limit, if any, for video files (with .avi and .mp4 formats) hosted on Google Drive?

Thanks for that.  If that page applies to AppSheet apps' files hosted on Google Drive, it seem that video files are limited to 5TB or the drive's capacity.

(AppSheet gives some guidance here on size limits for databases and here more broadly though I haven't seen a page for certain file types and some users of this forum noted problems with large files.)
