Video URLs with start at times

I have a table with video urls that I load as playable videos in detail views. The urls have start times at the end of the url i.e. ".mp4#t=8".  These work when the video is launched externally in the browser but when I play them in the detail view it starts at the beginning of the video.  Is there any way to get the video player to start the video at the specified start time?

You tried uploading it to Youtube then adding "&t=100s" at the end?  You might want to setup the appseheet column as a show type with subtype video
