Virtual Column with the difference between this row column and the previous one

I have this slice for testing filters. I want to add a virtual column in the original table with the difference between row with _RowNumber 10 and _RowNumber 2, _RowNumber 20 and _RowNumber 10, and so on.

The common column value is [MOVIL].

I will try to put you in context:

I have a table with the mileage of a car, shown in dashboard, by shift, and other data, i want to add a column that shows the driven mileage by shift.

Due to the table data its from various cars, i think that _RowNumber is my key to get the last mileage registered to calculate the difference with the value entered in the next shift.

Any thoughts on this?
