Virtual column not showing in email

I have a referenced virtual column that show in the app, but doesn't show in an email.

Why would this be?

Is there any security filter that might be causing it to not compute the value inside the VC?

Please add more info. It is a template? It is a amp email?

It's a template in google docs.

The Picked By column is the virtual column that isn't showing in the email, but does show on the app.

I don' t think so. the VC computes properly in the app.

I'm using the same slice in the email that I can see the VC value in the app.

I think you don't understand completely how this works.

What's the config of this bot? It's an scheduled one?

It is a security filter.

Because I was using another account in the app viewer I could see the name. When I changed the viewer to my email I couldn't see it. like on the email.
