My bot ran when "Wait for 5 minutes" task was a Notification, and you'll see Complete in the Monitoring.
When my bot changed the Notification for a Wait task, it didn't work, and you'll see nothing in the Monitoring.
I used Audit Log to check what happend. When my bot have no Wait task, the record updated triggered it, you'll see condition: true and success tasks. With Wait task, it didn't run and you'll see condition: false.
