What happen with Appsheet Backup?, still waiting 75%!

Hi,

I've a problem with appsheet backup.
I'm waiting for more than 5 hours stuck at 75% and I can't cancel the operation.

Previous version of copy worked better, any solution?

The copy process should happen within max few minutes. How big your app is.. like how many tables?

Only 15 tables, process is very slow

I would guess that if it doesn't copy the app within like 15 minutes, it's better to force close.. and then try to do it again.

• Just close the tab from your browser. . or the whole browser.

@AleksiAlkioWhen you close the tab or browser, Appsheet continues to back up internally. When you open the app, you still see "copy is in progress"

Are you able to open previous version? If not, please contact support.
