What happens when I have more users than I purchased

I am planning to upgrade from Free plan to Secure (Pay per user) plan.

However, in billing page, I have to preset number of user licenses, I have several questions regarding the secure (pay per user) plan.

1. If I buy 8 user licenses but there are more than 8 users using my app, will it charge extra to my credit card? or give a warning that there are more users than purchased

2. What happens if I have as much users as I purchased? (e.g. purchased 8 user licenses, but only have 5 users this month), does it still charge me the price of 8 users instead of 5?

3. Will there be email invoices at the end of each month for each payment I made?

4. After upgrading to Secure plan, can I cancel the plan at any time and reverse back to Free plan?

  1. No you get a warning, but if you don't pay you risk your account being suspended and your users won't be able to log into the App
  2. Yup, Appsheet charges you for 8 ๐Ÿ˜ก
  3. Yes
  4. Yes, you're not under any sort of monthly contract
