When I print my invoice it comes with ¥ instead of $

I don’t know why when i create the pdf its everything ok, but when its printed changes the $ to ¥

As AppSheet has no support for printing, I suspect the problem isn’t with AppSheet. You should investigate the process you use to send the PDF to your printer.

Well, technically it isn’t the same exact PDF since there are some differences, did you check the price symbol of those columns?
