When I go to my appsheet page, it shows that I have one app that is in prototype mode and no deployed apps. I am really confused because my team is currently using a deployed app for which I am paying $10 a month. I can see in my account where I have been invoiced for the app every month for over a year. It is a problem because I need to add users to the app, but because somehow appsheet only sees the free prototype on my account, it wonโt let me add anyone (10 user limit is in place for the prototype).
If I am being charged (and I undoubtedly am), then there is a deployed app out there somewhere. I need help finding it. Thanks!!
