I have dozens of users who have had a sync problem. The documentation suggests using Reset changes. I’m not not finding this option in the app to guide users. Where is it? It says top left, but there’s nothing there but my app logo.

I have no problem activating this option. But there is no Reset changes option, will it only show up when updates are stuck in the sync queue?
My app is located, but the options that are in the print are: About, Share and App Gallery only.
