In the pay per user plan, where it is recommended to locate the access filter; in a slice, in the table security filter, or in the usersettings?

I have a table with the columns DEPARTMENT, USEREMAIL and ROLE, and that can access certain tables by the USEREMAIL() for example.

You can use Security Filters to control which records a user can see and update.
