If an app goes down the "White Label" path, are you still able to make changes and deploy the app without having Apple or Google Play store folks in the approval path each time?

Updates to the app definition will be picked up automatically as usual.

Interesting, I guess they don't care if you add significant functionality.  Thanks, good to know.
