White label app unable to sign in

I have deployed an app version to TestFlight internal testing using an IPA from appsheet. However when I go to sign in, I go through a separate window to complete the login, but when the login completes, I am not progressed through to the app, I am still just seeing the list of login options.

I am using an iPhone running iOS 16.0.2, I've also tested on an iPad running iOS 13 which is seeing the same behaviour. It is signing in fine in the browser version of the app.
