Workflow > Action > SMS> Message Content > Body adding time and date

I was able to make a message in the body E.G. Work Order Approved
and it works great. But however it can get confusing seeing 100 Work Order Approved. Is there a way
where i can add a formula of the timestamp or date and time. I tried a variety of formats and no luck. I was hoping someone has a solution. End result text message says: Work Order Approved MM/DD/YY TIME

Try including <<Now()>> or <<Today()>> in your body.
