Workflow not triggered..1 out of 40

Dear all,

I have a workflow trigger to send job report by email to people…Triggered 40 times today…of it 20 times is to myself to check some hidden fields…One job report was not triggered, the customer noticed and enquired. What could be the reason? I cannot explain. I need to try to find a way to generate this report manually now I guess? Should i remove the trigger for myself to minimise this risk?

Sorry its a workflow that is triggered on update. It works. Just one was not triggered. Let me try the log. Good idea!

That’s an internal error. You’ll need to engage support@appsheet.com for help with that. I suspect either a bug, or your template contains some unsupported page formatting (custom fonts?).

I triggered the workflow with an admin action button. The same record goes through. Its a bug then.
