Workflow template format rule for specific bots

Is there a way to use a Workflow template format for specific bots/task/process?

Its easy to resize a image in a template using format rules, but it applies to every template that used that image. I haven't find a condition to choose in which templates or bots I want to use the format rule.

I found workaround by creating a VC with the exactly same image. I apply the format rule to the VC and then use the VC on the templates that I want to apply the rule. It works, but its not a clean solution, with a lot of steps.

In case it's helpful, here's another workaround (maybe no better--maybe even worse--than maintaining a separate virtual column to clone the data): When whatever action triggers the automations, set a value in the table that identifies that automation (maybe you're doing this already to trigger the different automations) and then reference that value in the format rule's condition.
