Workspace User - Email Problem

Good afternoon;

I have an application lunched using core licence gained by google workspace account. It includes bots to email for different kind of actions. 

The actions must porform sending emails to both have the workspace domain and different domains. While it has no problem with sending to the workspace domain emails, it doesnt send it to other ones. 

I saw no restriction with email sending feature. Am I missing something?

Any chance your Workspace admin has set some policies?
