Would like to filter my data to always show the most recent week

I WOULD LIKE TO FILTER MY DATA TO ALWAYS SHOW THE MOST RECENT WEEK STARTING MONDAY AND ENDING SUNDAY, BUT I DON’T KNOW WHICH EXPRESSION TO USE.
My intention is to create those visualizations of my data.

I would like the graph to always show the current week starting on Monday, but I don’t know how to write this condition in an expression in AppSheet. I’m new in AppSheet.

I managed to filter directly in the already made app, but the filter option disappeared from the app and I don’t know how to put it back. Anyway, I wanted to create a slice that would always show only the current week’s situation and not always filter in the app.
