XY base image/map

Hi,

I have a map that is available as a google map (please see link below) . It is available publically as I email it to people to view.

Can I use it as the base image map on appsheet. I have tried adding the address to the xy column but nothing comes up.

I have a kml file on google maps and have tried to share the link and paste under the kml option in a Latlong column but still nothing.

I have applied it to a map column on the app that is populated by latlong data and it has appeared

Info: The background image for XY must be an image file, not a map / kml.
