add a new row to another table by using values from this row not working

Hi,

I am trying to copy data to another table when I add a row. I have set up the behaviour and everything looks right but it won't add the data to the second table.

Any ideas please?

No more than 1 record can have the same key value.

The new expression for [Key] in your last screenshot doesn't look like a valid expression, can we see the whole thing? I advise just using UNIQUEID for all key values, don't do whatever you're trying to do there.

How is this action being triggered?

Is there any error, or just nothing is happening?

I have tried using uniqueid() with no joy.  There is no Error and Appsheet says everything is fine just nothing happening when I add.
